Le Chéile Productions is a Irish production company rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and a deep love for cinematic storytelling and exploration of the human condition. Born from a passion for compelling narratives and striking visuals, we specialise in Film, Television, and Theatre that sparks deep emotion and conversation. We believe the best work comes from bold ideas, shared visions, and the courage to go off the beaten path.
From windswept coastlines to city streets buzzing with life, we draw inspiration from Ireland’s rich culture and complex histories, while keeping a curious eye on the world beyond. Whether we’re developing original scripts, collaborating with emerging voices, or bringing visionary ideas to screen and stage, Le Chéile Productions is driven by one mission: to tell connective human stories, that can provoke real conversations about the world around us.
We are just getting started.
Julia Carr, Ovid Radbauer and Yasmine Dalloul met while studying at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York. After receiving advice from their mentors to “create your own work”, they realised they all had a story to tell. They became close friends and their shared ambition and desire to tell stories that would resonate with a wider international audience sparked the conversation that would become Le Chéile Productions. They came together from different parts of the world and each bring a unique perspective and cultural voice to the creative process. Blending their backgrounds in acting, writing, and production to craft bold, emotionally driven stories with global relevance. United by a passion for honest storytelling and a commitment to collaboration, Le Chéile was born from friendship, fuelled by vision, and driven by the belief that the most powerful stories are the ones we tell together. Le Chéile is the Irish word for Together.
